Waiter had NO idea what was gf. I had been told there was gf pizza and gf buns for hamburgers and pasta but when I got to the table he said no. I went back in to talk to the manager who said there they could do steak or salmon or gf pasta. Waiter wasn't sure and didn't want to help. I didn't eat while everyone else did. Eat here at your own risk.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

I asked the person who brought my food if the pat of butter and herbs had gluten and she said yes butter has gluten, right? After lunch I asked for the ice cream and confirmed it was gf... the server brought it to me in a waffle cone. This is a Marriott property and Marriott can’t seem to get the gf thing down. Here for three more days at a conference but will go offsite to eat.

Waiter, chef and manager all came out to talk to me to make sure they made my food exactly as I needed without any contamination. Gluten free toast made in dedicated toaster, hash browns cooked in separate pan and egg scramble. All were great. Did not get sick

Very accomodating. I had delicious gluten free pasta and had no reaction!

Food was okay. Had kale chips--normally served with a sauce. When GF they just bring the dry chips out with nothing. When our waiter came back to our table we asked for marinara sauce--which was nice but we only had a few chips left. Very few menu choices. I had the pizza. Good crust. Husband (who eats GF so he can share with me) had chicken pomodoro. It was not very good. Service was good but slow.
