DON'T EVEN TRY AT ALL !! I saw previous comments to late. My daughter had a plain bagel with nothing inside and got terribly sick 2 hours later.

I got a GF bagel here when staying at a nearby hotel for a wedding. Maybe I’m naive, but I saw a sign advertising GF bagels prominently displayed outside, and as a celiac from the Midwest, I got excited. Inside the staff assured me several times the GF bagels were prepared separately, and reassured me my GF bagel sandwich was in fact, GF. It was a great tasting sandwich that I enjoyed up until about 2 hours later. That bagel was NOT GF and I was the sickest I’ve ever been in my life. I was in a bathroom for HOURS and it all came on when I was getting my hair styled for the wedding. This establishment created one of the WORST experiences of my life. DO NOT GO HERE.

Called in advanced and inquired about gluten free bagels (they assured me they were baked separately). Picked them up and they were also packed separately (my partner is not celiac, just me). Within two hours, I was extremely sick - I didn’t eat anything else that day - definitely not celiac safe!!

Not gluten free!!!! They do not even look like a GF bagel AT ALL!!! If you are truly celiac do not go!

Had the bagels a few times thinking perhaps it was something else I ate that made me sick but it was these bagels. My gums actually started bleeding from the gluten. It seemed too good to be true and it was. Stay away!
If you have celiac, DO NOT BUY. Ate 1 bagel and became ill within 2 hours. Tasted too good to be true.Do not buy!!!

As with the others I have tried their gluten free bagels twice thinking the first time it was me and to realize the second time it was Pio Bagel being deceptive. I became extremely ill as I have celiac and amazed that they could think of stating their bagels are gluten free when they clearly are not. Do Not attempt to eat their bagels if you have a gluten issue! I would give zero stars if I could. Their gluten free bagels do not even look any different then the regular ones. Anyone with celiac would know that gluten free bagels never look like regular ones.
Don't ever ever ever go here. Was violently ill like everybody else from their "gluten-free" bagels last summer. It's a shame to see people reporting the same thing even a year later! I tried to let them know but no one was ever available to talk to me.
Same as all of the other reviews. Got very sick. I think they are false advertising regluar bagels as GF. Terrible and unethical!

Horrific!!! Same thing with me...tried twice thinking it was just me. I got violently ill. Thought I was dying. BEWARE!!

Don't go here!! The GF bagel tasted too real and was beyond sick for days!! STAY AWAY!!!
Told us that it was gluten free and even cleaned their area, changed gloves, new knife, but about an hour later was BEYOND SICK. I think that the bagels just aren't really gluten free. Would NOT advise going here if you have celiac disease
Tried the gf bagels twice thinking the first time was a fluke, but got sooo sick both times. Definitely not for those with celiac.

These bagels are definitely not gluten free... 45 minutes after eating it I was sick. Be careful if you have sensitive symptoms!

Bought "gluten-free" bagels today to our daughters. Clearly something was wrong. After about two hours they both were throwing up in cascades.
I tried their bagels and was happy. They tasted exactly like the regular ones. Now I know why.
Triedto contactthem to inform via their webpage, but it is down, therefore I don´t know how they would respond.
