While not listed on their menu, they do an amazing job accommodating gluten allergies. They have homemade gluten free brioche buns for their lobster rolls and regular gluten free bread for their other menu times. Staff are from New York and super knowledgeable. They accidentally served a dish that had croutons on it and the staff recognized it before I even did and replaced it promptly. It’s hard to find gluten free options in Puerto Rico but this bar does an amazing job! Ask for Laura the owner if you have any doubts.
