Piper Belle Food Truck

I was so surprised that a food truck could figure out how to avoid cross contamination. One of the owners is allergic to even small amounts so he is super careful. I have been there numerous times and have never been glutened (I have celiac). It is yummy BBQ fare with a gluten free fryer and interesting changes to the menu to keep me coming back.
