See below for questions I would ask ahead of time. We called ahead to notify them that we needed six GF peanut free meals (whole family eats gf together in solidarity). The website was good about explaining that they provide for different diets. The menu is listed on the site. When we arrived, we received “meal tickets” for each person - each person was issued a GF ticket and a peanut allergy ticket. We were told to set these tickets in front of our place settings. Seating is in a long line of stadium seating (so you can watch the show). We put our celiac people in the middle of our family’s row so they wouldn’t sit next to people eating gluten. The server walks down the line of diners and serves the meal during the show. Much of the food we were served was the same as what other people were getting - chicken, potatoes, corn. The only separate products for us were 1) a packaged Udi’s bread roll instead of a biscuit and 2) a packaged Udi’s snickerdoodle cookie instead of a turnover. So the baked products felt very safe bc they were factory packed. My only minor complaints were 1) that our bread came out pretty late - long after the soup that we were supposed to eat with it. 2) There wasn’t a good chance to ask the server about the seasonings on the chicken/potatoes/corn - we had to trust the multiple reassurances about GF from the website and the person we talked to when making reservations. 3) The gluten eaters were served biscuits. So I also wanted to ask about whether the biscuits were made in a separate area to reduce contamination from the flour. We weren’t able to ask the waiter much because of the show going on around us. So next time I would ask about the seasonings and the biscuit preparation area before I go. Hope this helps you!
