As soon as I mentioned my gluten allergy, the employee removed her gloves to wash her hands and get new gloves. My bowl was marked with an allergy card as it moved down the line. I was offered Valencia beans instead of croutons as they have a nice crunch.

Pi-rho's gluten-free free options are bowls with a choice of salad, grains, or both with dip, protein, and vegetable toppings. Everything is gf except for the pita for wraps and desserts. When I mentioned I needed gluten-free, the clerk asked if it was celiac, and so gave me the lowdown on the items. They changed their gloves and got dips from the fridge below for my gf bowl (the ones in the tray above touch the pitas). I got the salad and grain bowl and everything was perfectly portioned, not too much rice or salad, and was delicious. It was also very filling.
GF items are not marked on the menu, but when the only gluten is a pita, it doesn't seem needed.
