Love love love - so easy to accommodate with GF wrap. They ask if it can touch (celiac) or an intolerance (can touch) the counter that gluten items have been placed. I also have allergies to nitrates & they easily exchanged the lamb (filled with nitrates) to chicken. Oh yeah & it tastes AMAZING!
So yummy! I only had the ‘super Greek’ because it had only two modifications (gf wrap obviously and no gyro meat) it was super yummy and satisfying… I will be returning here again! Steamed on a wrapper for safety and gloves were changed.

Gluten free wraps available. Staff and owner were willing to clean and dedicate grill space to cook the meat. Very conscious about celiac needs. Willing to change gloves, used wrapper to keep the wrap separate in the steamer and prepared food separate.

It was a quick. They have gluten free wraps and most of the options you can get gluten free.
I ordered a bowl, but they have gluten free wraps and salads as well. When I told them I had Celiac, they cleaned counters and utensils and got ingredients out of unopened tubs. Great experience passing through town.
