Major Cross contamination issues. Pita bread is cut on the same cutting board as the meat. Especially disappointing since their menu specifies gluten free but they're not safe for celiacs.

Has a list of gluten free items
Although their bread and wraps are not gf, their bowls are. And if you tell them you’re gf when ordering, they’ll change their gloves, the cutting board they use, etc.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I have eaten here several times with no issues. Staff change their gloves and get a new cutting board and knife. The toppings are GF mostly. Food is very tasty and there’s a pretty good variety. There is a GF menu. Staff are also very knowledgeable about options.

Pita Way has always been a favorite of mine, even more so now that I need to be gluten free. They have bowls you can order, I always go for the rice. When ordering, let them know the order needs to be gluten free. They put on a new pair of gloves, and use a separate cutting board for the meat. The first time I needed to order gluten free, I requested almonds, and they notified me they get fried in the shared fryer. I would have had no idea, and am grateful they let me know. I eat here frequently and haven't had any issues.

I loved this place! I have only been here three times and unfortunately by the 3rd time my food had accidentally been contaminated. I wouldn’t suggest anyone with celiacs to eat here. They keep croutons next to all of the gluten free toppings
