Pita's Republic

NOT SAFE! Server reached into the GF wrap with unchanged gloves and put it into the oven next to a regular pita. I informed him that is unsafe for anyone who needs to be gluten free- his response was “this entire oven is full of gluten.” Very disappointed!

Excellent Power Pita and Gyro !!!!!!!

The young man working took such pride in his preparation and presentation of our food I thought he was the owner. There are so many options of food I had trouble deciding what to eat. I don't live close but will be back soon since it was soooo good ! The whole place was clean and tidy and just right for dinner. I can't remember the young man's name but he was also pleasant and fun to speak with. 6 stars from us.

The man who was working was very unsure about a dedicated gluten free workspace and did not offer up uncontaminated ingredients besides gf wrap. Did not end up eating while the rest of the family ate 😣

Food was great! Gluten free pita bread is more of a wrap but still made a great sandwich. Service was lacking but the food made up for it!

Wonderful staff, amazing food and is the only restaurant that carries gluten-free pitas, gyros and salad. I'm in love!!!
