The website has great allergen information. It seemed that everything but the bread/buns and desserts were GF. I had a steak, baked potato, fruit, and water and didnt react and I am quite sensitive. The buffet style on everything but the steak did create a small risk of CC, but I grabbed my potato from the bottom and checked to make sure there were no bread crumbs on it. When you are at the buffet, nothing is marked so do research ahead of time. I did not ask any of the staff so unsure of their knowledge. Overall tasted great and didn't get sick so that's a win for me.

I found information about allergies on the website so I knew foods my son could eat before we arrived. Definitely make sure to review this before you go as the staff isn’t able to be super helpful due to the nature of the experience (you basically arrive and go through a self-serve line so you don’t have a ton of interaction) and items aren’t marked at the actual event. The steak is cooked by itself and is gluten free. It is a pretty good size. There is also a hotdog option for kids. Per the website, the hotdog is gluten free; however, the evening we went, all the hotdog were already preassembled into wheat buns so I just shared by steak with him. Most of the side dishes are gluten free per the website- coleslaw, baked beans, raw vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower), baked potatoes, and a fruit mix. The only wheat containing side is Texas toast. It was towards the front of the side dish buffet line so I had my son skip the close dishes and pick things towards the end of the line. He was able to eat without a reaction. There is no gluten free dessert and the wheat desserts are in a completely different location from the rest of the food. This was a really scenic location and a fun atmosphere. I think it is doable if you are discerning.
