I’ve been going to pitstop since I was a kid, they have regular gluten free crust along with cauliflower crust for pizza. The grill dust for the burgers is not gluten free so I wouldn’t suggest a burger. The boneless wings are breaded but the wings with bones are not breaded. Ive seen no problems with the sandwiches as long as they aren’t grilled and you ask for no bun they are good to eat, although I have not had a sandwich from this establishment. I’ve eaten both the bone in wings and the gluten free pizza without a reaction, and know from a friend they change gloves often and have a dedicated gluten free pizza cutter.
