Great tasting pizza had a very mild reaction (I'm gluten free and lactose intolerant so could have been either). They washed hands and were super careful with my pizza :)

We saw Pizanos and decided to ask if they had gluten free. They said they can make a gluten free 10inch pie. I have other dietary issues and the girl checked all the ingredients for gluten, dairy, garlic and onion since those are my major fodmap concerns. I ended up with pepperoni, salami, bacon with balsamic vinegar on a gluten free crust. At first it looked like burnt crust, but tasted delicious with soft chewy crust toward the center. Perfect!
