Very expensive $28 for a small personal pie. I asked for pepperoni and it was underneath the cheese? It tasted good but there was no sauce on the pizza just crust and cheese with a side serving of sauce
Suuuuper overpriced. I paid $30 for a personal Detroit style pizza which essentially was just bread, cheese, and a drizzle of pesto. When I asked the waitress for a side of marinara because it was dry she came back with the sauce and a bad attitude and said Here my manager doesn’t have the energy to fight. Wow, you just lost a customer. Learn some customer service and lower your insane prices. I won’t be returning.
Celiac family, they said everything right, amazing Detroit style gluten free pizza, my question is how do they do it and why can’t all GF pizza be this amazing? Only concern is it’s a shared kitchen and oven, but separate everything else, separate pan. The atmosphere doesn’t fit the quality, it should be served with a head waiter who puts a napkin on your lap for you.
Was happy to find gf pizza in the neighborhood! I am not a style of this type of deep dish but the ingredients were very were fresh and it was well made. Decided to try it again and we were so happy with the Death by pepperoni pizza and the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. I found by ordering extra sauce it made the experience so much more what I was used to! I will be ordering again!
Delicious deep dish pizza. Thick and doughy with a crispy cheese edge. So good!
They make GF Detroit-style pizza from a GF flour they import from Europe. They have procedures in place to avoid cross contamination. The owner is on top of things and willing to discuss food prep. I've never had a reaction here, and I bring my celiac parents here often. There's also GF beer available.
