The reviews were correct: this place is fabulous! Roderigo at the counter told us they have the best GF pizza in Orange County, and it was very good. He was very friendly and helpful, guided us as to what to order, and told us if we didn't like anything he would take it back no problem. The pizza was very good. There is also a dessert pizza that can be made GF and you can buy the GF pizza dough to make at home. This is an order at the counter place with the menu on a chalkboard. I didn't see anything GF listed but when I asked I was assured they had GF pizza. I also ordered a Caesar salad and someone came out and told me all the ingredients in the dressing.

Very good pizza and salads. You do need to be very clear that you have Celiac disease and not just an allergy/preference. They change their gloves on request. They have accidently put croutons on my salad, but fixed it immediately.I've eaten here multiple times and haven't gotten sick.

This is the best GF pizza I’ve ever had! It was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Almost all toppings are GF. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Out of all the pizza I have tried- his rice flour pizza crust is THE BEST. No joke. Bubbly, airy, crispy. And all mozzarella is fresh.

This place is not celiac friendly. I personally watch them put my gluten-free pizza onto the exact same oven shelf as the non-gluten-free pizzas and take it out and cut it with a dirty knife. I’ve gotten sick twice here very badly. It’s too bad because the pizza does taste amazing, if they took the proper precautions it would be epic.

Just ordered “The First” pizza per recommendations from another review-absolutely amazing pizza! Spoke with the owner, rice flour from Italy is used and prepped in a separate area. Pizzas cooked in oven at 900 degrees (Name of place is Pizza 900 degrees). Minimal cross contact. I have celiac disease and am cautious but can’t live in a bubble and never go out. For me this was a great option! Seriously great pizza!!! Celiac aware for sure
Best gluten free pizza! They take lots of precautions to ensure it is celiac safe, I will definitely be going back!

My favorite gluten-free pizza, no contest! Try "The First" and you won't regret it! Dates, goat cheese, arugula, honey & shaved Parmesan... so different and delicious! The owner told me they import their gluten-free flour from Italy. Whatever they're doing, I'm loving it!

We have been here twice this week. The best gluten-free pizza I have had. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. They even made us a gluten-free garlic bread. My entire gluten free family felt safe, filled, and happy.
NOT celiac safe!! They use separate prep areas for GF dough, and separate utensils, but same oven and cooking surface. Employees will tell you “the gluten just burns off so it’s safe.” Dangerously unsafe lie.

Great homemade gf crust. Very sensitive celiac and did not get sick. I’ve eaten here several times and never had a problem.

Gf dough made from scratch. All natural ingredients including sauce mozzarella and basil. Service was fantastic. The place is setting is a fast food place instead of sit down restaurant.
