My experience was a little stressful, it would have gotten five stars from me if I did not have to explain that they could not cook my pizza on the same surface that they cook all the other pizzas on. The pizza was delicious, and I did not have a reaction, However when the waiter explained to me that they had become quite well-known for their gluten-free menu but yet did not understand that they couldn't cook my pizza or any other food for that matter in the same spaces as regular pizza and pasta it made me very concerned. He did the right thing and got the manager, and the manager explained to the crew that they needed to cook it separately (and I know they did because you can see what they're doing in the kitchen, which also is very good). Thanks to a great and understanding staff everything turned out all right. The moral of the story is, just because they say they have a gluten-free menu, doesn't mean they really know how to cook gluten-free. Make sure you stress your condition wherever you go. Even if it makes you feel stupid and obnoxious and demanding. Your health is worth it.
