I got glutened here. I tried asking about the protocol for things and they seemed like it wasn’t a big deal but I’m also not sure they knew what all cross contamination entails
Always specify that you are GF because of celiac. They are super awesome about this. Have different pans/that's for cooking on, get a clean board, and clean pizza cutter. They have a great understanding of cross contamination and do so much to prevent it. My celiac kiddos favorite pizza and have never had any reaction.
Unfortunately got glutened here despite good safety ratings. But it was the best gf pizza I’ve had. So delicious if you’re not sensitive to cross contamination.

I called them to get more info. They said their GF crust is not made in-house. Their GF pizzas are made in the same oven as their regular pizzas.

Amazing pizza! We ordered 3 huge GF pizzas and all 6 of us loved it and DID NOT get sick. Service was incredible. Sweetest, kindest lady who took our order and made sure every detail was tended to. Highly recommend!
The gf takes homemade no crappy crusts here!
I think some of their appetizers are not gf but all the pizzas can be made gf in different sizes
this is the best local gf pizza I have had - I had to keep checking the receipt to make sure it said gluten free. Crust tastes homemade, NOT frozen Udis. The pizza comes in multiple sizes, same price as a regular crust! I am intolerant but not Celiac.
Love their gluten free crust and they don't charge extra :)
