The best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had hands down and no gluten reaction. They make a Detroit style that is able to have an airy thick crust. He gets his gf flour imported from Italy and uses a separate pan. The owner and chef, Diego, is an absolute delight and treats pizza making like a craft. You do have to order ahead at least 24 hours to get gluten free to give time for him to prepare the dough overnight as he’s not doing enough volume yet
