Review of Pizza Cucinova

While the pizza was ok, as Celiacs know, the safety is only as sure as the education of the staff. The manager made my pizza in a way that did not cross contaminate and also cooked it in a different safe place. On one visit they burned my pizza and served it to me anyways. On another visit they cut it with the shared pizza cutter. Not reassured by the staff who is touching my food
