Pizza Factory

Best GF pizza in Reno/Sparks imho. Only available in medium. Pizza factory was my favorite pizza chain place where I ate regularly before finding that gluten was killing me. When this one opened up around the corner I started nagging them for GF and eventually they started carrying small & medium pizzas in GF (maybe I've been their only GF customer - my family seems to be too healthy to ever go out for pizza) so they dropped the small size. We're not terribly gluten sensitive but I know they make an effort to keep the GF separate though it is made where they make the regular pizza. No GF bread for sammiches.Beer alternatives they have are Angry Orchard and Woodchuck hard ciders. A great pizza hangout anyway- they have a horseshoe tournament on Wednesday evenings which has a big turnout.

Really decent pizza. They were out of their “gluten-free crust” but made me a “cauliflower crust” which also had no gluten. No symptoms.

Pricy but worth it because I didn’t get sick! Gluten free comes in one size. I had the Greek pizza and added chicken. Prepared separately from the other pizzas. Highly recommend.
