Super freundliches und sympathisches Personal. Die Pizza war sehr lecker, würde man sie irgendjemandem servieren, würde niemand merken, dass sie glutenfrei ist. Sie bieten auch Pizzateige aus Urdinkelmehl an, für die, die auf Weizen verzichten müssen, und Mehrkorn, Weizenmel oder Aktivkohle, für die Gäste, die alles essen dürfen.

Ich bestelle sehr gerne und gehe aber auch immer wieder, um dort zu essen. Ich habe trotz Zöliakie noch nie auf etwas reagiert. Das Lokal ist ein Unikat. Wild zusammengewürfelte Stühle und Tische aus SBB Paletten, unkompliziert schlicht mit witziger Deko, versteckt im Industriegebiet mit einem Eingang, der einen vermuten lässt, dass man am falschen Ort ist, finde ich immer wieder witzig. Die glutenfreie Pizza ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Good qualtiy pizzas also gluten-free. My son has celiac and he's had the gf pizza several times already without problem. They use an aluminum tray to avoid contamination in the oven..
