Pizza Hut

Yes I would have to agree with the other two reviews for the pizza hut on crowder. The only word that I can use to describe my visit is TERRIBLE!!! My pizza took a hour and a half and I was okay with that. When the deliverly person arrived, the pizza box was wet. I was so confused because it wasnt raining outside, however I still took it because it may have sweated from the heat of the pizza. I opened the box and I see a pizza that has different size slices. So my pizza was not made to order. It was also cold. I was so disappointed because a new pizza hut in the east was what I had been waiting on. I will never eat here again. EVER!!!!!

this pizza hut is very very sad i ordered a pizza n waited 2 hours and i called the store bk and th r manger tells me that they driver cancelled my order and i never got a call from a driver and the manger act like it wasn't his problem . And trust i will be telling other customers to not order anything from there they dont giv a shit about there customers the pizza hut on CROWDER in EAST NEW ORLEANS IS THE WORST EVER

cold pizza, greasy on the bottom,cheese won't melt NO Idea of what they are doing .

They have a GF crust which is ok. We occasionally ordered delivery and take out and got a GF cheese pizza or GF pizza with veggie topping(s) and did ok. Lots of flour around so made sure to talk to staff. Still risk is palpable for cross contamination. Now we favor a couple other pizza places but if have to order with others it’ll do with extra effort and talking with staff.

Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.

And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
