I called to order my food as instructed online to tell them I have celiac, I don't just want low gluten I need gluten free. the kid taking my order couldn't have cared less. he said "kay, what do you want?" I ordered the gf pizza (they only have pepperoni and cheese) and again stressed that I have celiac. the kid said "sure, 45 minutes". I am certain he didn't even relay my condition. when the pizza got here it was BURNT (completely black around the edges with crispy cheese) and had some sort of flour on the bottom. it could have been gf flour, but from the kid taking my orders reaction I doubt it. pizza tasted like burnt cheese on an even more burnt cracker. will not be ordering from them anymore.

Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.

The gluten free pizza is disgusting and the manager frequently abuses employees. Deplorable honestly
