Review of Pizza in Trevi

Via di S. Vincenzo, 30-30A, 00187 Roma, Italy

Very good gluten-free pizza! They make their own gluten-free dough for the pizza, which has been fermented for 24h. The place is certified by the celiac association. All the staff are informed about cross contamination and they have separate kitchen and pizza oven for the gluten free pizza.

They also have other gluten free alternatives on the menu (you can get everything on the menu as gluten-free alternative), but I’ve not tasted that.

The place is obviously a bit touristy as it’s so close to Fontana di Trevi, but even if I’ve lived in Rome, I still recommend coming here for the pizza’s sake!😉 The staff are super friendly, and also speak perfect English. Service is extremely efficient (at least the times I’ve been here), so if you don’t have much time this is also a great option.
