This place is a local pizza buffet. They offer a GF crust with the option to add any pizza topping or dessert pizza topping. From what I have seen (you can see the person make your pizza and can request a glove change) they take precautions. The cook has even used a knife instead of a pizza cutter to slice the pizza. I wouldn’t eat anything from the salad bar due to cc and it doesn’t come with the GF pizza, nor does the drink, even though the GF pizza is $5 more than a buffet ticket that comes with a drink and salad bar. I suggest you call ahead to place your GF pizza order, so you’re not waiting for it while the rest of your party eats. One time it took 40 minutes, the owner even suggested to call ahead in the future. The taste of the pizza is great! Crust is thin and crispy, not burnt. We will def come back bc finding a GF anything is hard in this small town.
