has always made me sick. crumbs and flour is everywhere. definitely not celiac friendly.

Do not eat here if you are allergic to Gluten. The waitress said wheat was flying everywhere in the kitchen. There wasn't a dedicated Gluten free menu and the waitress wasn't sure what pizza toppings or salad dressings were actually gluten-free. We got up and left after waiting 30 minutes for just the water to arrive.

I was worried about finding a gluten free place to eat while spending the day in Canon City. We found this place online and were really happy with it. The crust is in it's own foil pan to avoid cross contamination. Their wings are gluten free and they offer gluten free cider as well! My kids liked it because of the fun decor and arcade. My husband liked the beer list and prices. We will be back!
