Best gf pizza I’ve had in Utah. Seating is very limited and the wait time is a little long. Worth it though. The crust is amazing and wouldn’t know it’s gf

Pizza is excellent, maybe the best in Salt Lake, second only to Settebello. Gluten free crust is delicious. Sadly, after watching the preparation, the kids working the oven do not maintain the cross-contamination efforts. The pizzas are prepared separately, and do not touch the area where the regular pizzas are prepped. But the kids use the same paddles to move all the pizzas around inside the oven, and it is certain that the gf pizzas pass over regular pizza spots in the oven. I did not see the special pan mentioned in the other review. So if you have to be totally gf, this is not the place for you. In their defense, they do try, and it’s a lot to ask of a pizza place with one oven. We went ahead and ate it anyway, hoping for the best, but got sick.

There cross contamination policy was not great, food was good. Not good for celiacs.

They cook the regular and the gf pizzas in the same oven. There is not a dedicated space for the gf pizza crust. Clearly, a major risk of cross contamination. Baffles me that folks go through the trouble to make a delicious homemade gf crust and then contaminate it.
Got the Yes Yes pizza which was delicious! Definitely in the top 3 for gluten free pizza crusts:) plus the vibe was so cute and will be back!

This is THE BEST GF PIZZA CRUST I’ve ever had!! I love all their pizza combos, honestly… I eat here weekly but NEVER at busy times and I’ve not had any issues. I am comfortable ordering online for delivery too! Occasionally they run out though and I have to make other meal plans. It’s prepared in a GF part of the kitchen and cooked on a special pan to keep from contamination in the pizza oven. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Best gluten free crust I’ve ever had, kept wondering if it had gluten but I didn’t get a reaction (despite not having celiac, I have very strong reactions). I HATE most gluten free pizza crust, usually from a box and tastes like chemicals and grease, but this tasted like gluten without gluten. Please be careful if you are celiac, I believe the other comments about cross contamination:(.

The gf crust is excellent. Unfortunately it’s not prepared separately from the regular crust and is also cooked in the same oven. High chance of cross contamination. I have celiac children and we don’t go here.

Got glutened here today. Brought the pizza back because the crust seemed too good to be true, and the guy said, “It should be gluten free.” He wasn’t sure about his own pie? Not sure about the crust in the end but was definitely cross-contaminated.
No
The pizza was delicious. I especially loved that the crust was hand made and fresh. The only negative comment I have is that the girl I talked to on the phone on two different occasions was rude... And the pizza is a little over priced at over $17
Yes
Most pizzerias use a frozen store-bought GF crust. NONO’s is clearly made and hand-tossed on premise. Hands down one of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever tasted.
Yes
Very delicious gluten free pizza and I've never been sick.
Really good, homemade pizza crust. I really appreciate when places make their own crust instead of using terrible pre-made products like Udi's. The crust lacked a little flavor but was much better than most local spots, especially the chains. Great service as well.

Best GF crust in SLC!! My son has celiac and no issues with getting sick
Yes
Simple menu with 4 regular options and 1 special, with options to customize with additional toppings. Not your usual cheese or pepperoni pizza place. I had the Beehive and it was a unique but tasty combination. GF crust is unfortunately $4.50 more, but is handmade there - not Udi's!
