Pizza Payaa

We went to the one in Normal and it was amazing! I have not had pizza that good since before I got diagnosed with celiac! I also got the vegan cheese option and I’m telling you, you cannot tell the crust is gluten free and the cheese seemed normal to me! Also the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took all the precautions so I didn’t have a reaction! Will definitely come back to eat here!

Probably the best/ only GF thick crust I’ve had since I was diagnosed w celiac 4 years ago. Comes out SAME SIZE as the regular ones too. No one-size, pre-packaged crusts here! They actually mix and roll the crust. Toppings great! All in all: SO GOOD! Staff was knowledgeable for allergies too. Great job Pizza Payaa!!

Seriously fantastic! I have indicated to them that I have celiac when ordering and they’re careful to use separate pans. I have never had a reaction after eating here and their ingredients are top quality. Always delicious. ♥🍕

Pizza Payaa has the best GF crust! It’s not some crunchy cracker. It’s nice a fluffy! Detroit style. He has separate pans used only with GF pies. They prep the GF dough on a separate day as their regular dough to cut down on cross contamination. If you are dairy free as well, they have great vegan cheese!
