Pizza Perfect

I've been to this location a couple of years ago. The visit was great and the pizza was wonderful. This trip not so much. The crust on my pizza was rock hard and came out not cut. I tried to cut it with the slicer on the table but it was so tough it barely made a dent. I had to take it back up for them to cut it for me. Toppings were good but the crust was terrible. Definitely nothing like last time I was there. I also ordered a salad. I made sure to tell them about my food allergy and she said she put it in for no croutons with 3 !!!. Well salad comes out with a big piece of bread sitting right in the middle of it. I had to send it back to have a new one made. Despite all of that I still woke up with a migraine, congestion and nausea and short of breath with my asthma flared, fatigue and body aches which are all signs of me eating gluten. Another member of my party is also gf. She ordered the same pizza and also woke up sick today. I do not have celiac and I am not super sensitive to cross contaminationfrom. reaction is one of significant exposure. This is all I ate yesterday and I have not eaten yet today so there is nothing else it could have came from.

A manager did contact me. She insisted on issuing a refund though it was not asked for an I honestly do not expect one so she is going above and beyond. She is also pulling camera footage from the kitchen in that time frame to make sure that all precautions that were supposed to be taken actually were. Glad she is concerned with the issue to prevent future situations. Its much appreciated.

Ordered a GF pizza. Size offered is 10”. What I liked is that they cook the pizza in its own pan in the oven, and that is how it’s sent out for delivery. It doesn’t touch the oven or a spatula. Crust is a little flimsy, but precautions offered were great.

Great pizza! Ordering online always makes me nervous but they did a great job keeping it separated and it tasted great. I’ve eaten here twice now and haven’t had issues. Don’t worry about slim GF pizza topping options, because you can customize the menu options.

Great gluten free crust available, made in its own pan. Great flavor to boot.

Very good GF pizza. Most GF pizzas have only a slim amount of toppings. The blanco pizza here is super delicious with olive oil, artichokes, tomato and lots of cheese!
