Bad service waitress seemed to be annoyed about me asking them to change gloves in kitchen for GF meal. Were out of GF chicken fingers so ended up ordering nachos. Nachos weren’t very good. Disappointing meal overall

We went to the Canalside restaurant. Separate gf menu was nachos, chicken fingers and any of their specialty pizzas gluten free. My pizza was delicious! My daughter also has peanut\tree nut Allergy and the only nuts they use are walnuts in the salad bar so I felt very safe for her!

They have big fat chicken fingers like the real thing. The pizza was not very good, but I felt fine after eating.

Mixed feelings about tonight’s dinner. A Wednesday night in the summer, ordered pizza, chicken fingers, and 2 salads. Chicken fingers were fine, salad was just okay and the pizza was...strange. The dough tasted and crumbled like a biscuit. It would have been amazing with some gravy but throwing cheese and sauce on a biscuit does not turn it into pizza. The cheese and sauce did not come to the edge, in fact 3 inches around the pizza was just bread... strange and expensive crust since the pizza was $19 for a 13”. Our waitress kept disappearing, which was super annoying, but my 3 cc sensitive boys didn’t get sick so that’s fantastic ... just wish the pizza was better.

The food was discussing. The pizza was dry and soggy. My friends had no Gluten stuff at they say it tasted horrible
Great gluten-free pizza crust!

I was diagnosed with celiac about a month ago and haven’t eaten any food out since. Based on reviews and my own research I went to pizza plant with my family for lunch. They reserve Wednesday mornings to make all their gluten breads, pastas, etc to best avoid cross contamination. I spoke with the waitress about CD and she was very well educated, said she would alert the cooking staff so they change gloves, surfaces and utensils. The meal was delicious and I noticed a “celiac alert” was also indicated on the order slip on my receipt when we paid. I did NOT get sick! I will definitely return.
I was really excited when I saw the gf pizza because it was a great size and home made dough. But the second I picked it up I knew it was going to be bad. It was sooooo bready. There was no flavor to it and it tasted like a piece of limp flavorless bread with cheese on it. Will never order again.
*1 hour later currently have TERRIBLE stomach pains. Not gf*

The staff were very understanding and knowledgeable and if they didn’t know if an item was GF they went back and asked the cooks. The pasta was amazing and the portion was huge.
Yes
Gluten free pizza, chicken fingers, nachos every night. Gluten free pasta and buns only on Wednesday...they didn't tell me that until I tried to order...
I frequently visit for their gluten free Wednesdays. Their chicken fingers are huge and absolutely amazing. I love their nachos too. Everything is fantastic and I've never gotten sick there. I don't mind that they only have gf stuff one day a week if that means they're going to do it right.
Stop by on Wednesday for a gluten-free pizza found out they only serve them in the evening
Only on Wednesday., why bother
The food is great and the staff and very knowledgable about gluten-free.
only available 1 day per week.
Best gf pizza in WNY but only one day a week at each location.
There are two locations, each with a gluten free day (clearly stated both online and in the restaurant). They have a dedicated area in the kitchen on these days and the food is fantastic! I love all of their options, everything is delicious. All the negative reviewers here seem to have missed the bold print all over the place that says which day each location has their gluten free day. Very delicious and very worth the trip out.

I didn't actually get to eat here because they advertise that they have gluten free options all of the time, but apparently it's only on Sundays. It is hard to people like us to find somewhere to eat as it is. Please don't make this harder for us. It's very frustrating. You need to take that off of your website so that people don't drive all the way there and then have to find somewhere else to eat.
Gluten free days are very clearly stated on their website and on their menu. As much as it stinks it's nice to know that they designate those two time slots to cleaning the kitchen so gluten free food can be prepared contamination free. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and wish they were closer.
They seem to be so allergy friendly but they are really weird about gluten free menu items. I was told only on one week night. So nothing for me to order. Tried to get more info from owner/mgr later and they just don't seem to get it. Haven't gone back.
