I worked here and I can say for a fact they don't care about cross-contamination. Guaranteed that if hands are washed shirt still sprinkles flour. Celiacs beware. I''ve witnessed employees here put hands in flour then build pizza laughing that gluten allergies arrnt real. Besides, spend a day in the kitchen you'll never go back. Frying chicken with potatoes. Gloves available aren't used in kitchen. Terrible management team. Same guys that ruined our applebees.

Most (if not all) Pizza Ranches now offer gluten-free pizza. You do have to "order" it when you pay for the buffet, but they'll bring it to your table. This location brought mine with a to-go box, so I got to take half the pizza home with me! Decent salad bar; that's what I eat while waiting for my pizza, while the rest of the fam eats regular pizza/chicken buffet.
I have eaten here a couple times now, and haven’t gotten sick so far. The pizza has always been good.

Their gluten free crust was good. I ordered it on ‘Buffet Your Way’, which means you can request a pizza for the buffet. The gal working said they don’t normally let you order a pizza that way, bc they don’t put it on the buffet. I appreciated her allowing me to do that this time, and now I know for next time.
They are very knowledgeable and careful to prevent cross contamination. I have eaten there numerous times with no issues. We usually do carryout and they know me by name.
