We visited last weekend for the third time. This time I tried the vegetarian GF pizza, the tiki drink, and the bomb pop drink. Our server mentioned they could make other pizza types GF also, not just what was on the GF part of the menu, but since they were so busy at the time, I just ordered the GF pizza I hadn’t tried there yet. No reaction afterward on this or any of our other visits. Our gluten-eating friends raved about the Detroit-style pizza.

What a pleasant pizza! Loved our gluten free “Hot Honey” with vodka sauce. Prepared light in cheese by design , which is a plus. Fair warning from our fabulous server about the typical flying wheat flour in the kitchen. I gave my normal celiac spiel and asked for special care as best they could . They have a separate oven, so I think they get it and I trust the reviews here. We also shared a beautiful, crouton-omitted Caesar salad. No issues at all and can’t wait to visit again. Inside GV casino, which is full of good energy locals.

Really tasty and had no issues with the pizza! Wish it wasn’t inside a casino.

The pizza was very good and the waitress was very accommodating and helped me make sure everything I got was gluten free. Made my own pizza with gf crust.

I've gotten their gluten free vegetarian pizza several times and it's always delicious and safe!! This is one of my favorite pizza places in town due to the taste/quality of the food and knowing it's a safe place to eat.

They have 1 gluten free crust and you can order the toppings from any other pizza on the menu. For example I ordered the Little Italy from the Chicago Cracker Thin section but it was on the gluten free crust. No issues as a celiac. Pizza was good but expensive for what it is.

They use a separate pan and oven, but prepare the pizza in a common area.
Great crust. I am also DF and they use Notserella cheese and I like it better than Daiya.
Knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions.

One of the best gluten free pizzas I have had and they try to protect against contamination- including cooking in a separate pizza oven.

They have a couple gluten-free pizza options on the menu, but you can customize toppings and build your own if you prefer. It does get pricey, but the pizza is pretty big!
Great place to eat but was surprised by the fact it was in a casino. Check out the location before you go. I did enjoy the gluten-free pizza.
