Celiac daughter ordered GF cheese pizza. They use Udi crust and were knowledgeable over the phone about wearing gloves, using clean cutter, etc. We ordered carryout and got a regular pizza too. They did not mark which box was the GF pizza. We could tell the difference but would suggest checking when you pick up.

Jared the manager went above and beyond to ensure I was safe. He got fresh sauce and cheese, used fresh utensils, and even has a separate cutting station. He did warn me that he couldn’t be 100% sure if gf because they do toss their pizzas , so there is flour in the air but I did not get sick. The pizza crust was premade frozen (don’t know what brand) and it wasn’t great but everything else was. I even got buffalo meat as one of my toppings.

This place will go out of its way to make you feel welcome and safe for you or your family. We called and explained our issue, they explained everything and they did everything they said they would do. Will definitely come back here next time I’m back this way again.

We had a very poor experience and ended up not eating here. I am Celiac and asked if they could use fresh sauce and new utensils. The response I received: we heat the pizza to 500 degrees so any gluten will cook out. Ummm gluten doesn’t “cook out.” I’m glad I asked the questions as this place is not GF safe if you are Celiac.
