Delicious pizza, really soft dough, I thought it was a normal pizza. Possibility of cross contamination - all pizzas are cooked in the same oven, gf pizza cooked on trays to avoid contact however when removing the pizzas is the risk of contamination. I didn't have an issue, its just something they warn you about. Again, a really nice pizza
