All but one of their pizzas can be on a gf crust. The crust is thin, crisp and absolutely yummy! We love the Santa Fe! It has a great vibe here and everyone here is friendly and engaging. We will be back a few more times before we leave Tokyo! My son has CD, and he was thrilled to have a safe tasty place to eat. So many options!

Cool restaurant, great American vibe. The gluten free food is marked on the menu. Great verity: pizza, wings, taco, fries and more. The food was delicious, best pizza I ate in Japan, and the staff was very nice and make me feel confidence about the gluten free part. Very recommend.

Went here last night and had a really great meal. So nice to find somewhere that does good gf carbs. I had a prawn and avocado salad which was delicious, my sone had the fully loaded fries (cheese and brisket topped) which were also very tasty. We both had gf pizzas - the mushroom one was really tasty and my din’s half meat lovers and half pepperoni and more meat went down a treat. The gf pizzas only come in the regular size but that was plenty big enough and lots of variety in toppings to choose from. Sorry no pics of the fries or pizzas as we were too busy consuming them😁. Went back again the next night and had another good meal. We got the last two gf pizza bases that evening.

It's an American inspired restaurant that offers pizza's. The pizzas can be ordered gluten free and are baked on paper so that there is little risk of cross contamination. The toppings that are not gluten free are marked on the menu. I personally didn't like the pizza, but that's probably personal taste.

I had the gluten free pizza with pepperoni and I didn't get sick at all. It was also absolutely delicious, no complaints at all.

The pizza was good, but not safe for Celiac. They seemed to understand the sensitivity of it & take precautions, but my child still got sick from the GF pizza.

The pizza was delicious, they definitely have a cauliflower GF crust, and a number of things marked gluten free in their menu such as salads, chicken wings etc. The website goes into detail about celiac in Japan, so they claim to have a good understanding. As for how careful they are with each and every GF order? I can’t be sure and it didn’t blow me away in terms of feeling 100% about cross contamination. My pizza did come out separately, but you might want to get there when they open before it gets super busy. I did not get sick and it was absolutely delicious, but I feel like there was some risk there for celiacs.

The first time I went I got sick. I assumed it was the dairy but I was so excited to be able to eat pizza with my family. The second time we went for lunch the manager was not there only staff making pizza. The staff new nothing about any of the toppings. They were secretive about the crust. Now I know why I got sick. Not friendly not helpful. The second and last time we ate there I watched as my family ate pizza.
