Absolutely delicious pizza! They do simple pizza with just a couple of ingredients but it's done so well. The GF base was soooo good! While they can't guarantee its 100% GF due to flour being in the kitchen they said it would be 99% GF. The GF pizza is cooked on a tray, they wash their hands and utensils and take all the care possible to limit cross contamination. As a coeliac I didn't have a reaction.
