I contacted the restaurant asking if I can get safe gluten free food. They responded quickly: "Hello, we try to eliminate any contamination. Gluten-free pizzas are baked on a special floor with special ingredients. It is important for us to announce our arrival because we will mostly be sold out with gluten-free dough. See you😊" As I am also intolerate to wheat (even if gluten free) I asked about the content of the dough. Unfortunately they use gluten free wheat starch for the pizza 😔 So be careful if you are allergic to wheat
