The staff and ownership are extremely conscientious of the needs of those with celiac, and they go to great lengths to be sensitive and accommodating. No dedicated oven, but they’re very careful to avoid cross-contamination. It’s so refreshing to find a pizzeria that is truly welcoming to celiacs, and the pizza is great too!
