The staff seemed knowledgeable, they even referred to their allergens matrix. Stated everything was prepped separately with fresh utensils and gloves etc. However the food wasn’t the best quality and wasn’t anything to rave about.

I had the chicken pesto pizza on GF pizza base and it was really nice.

GF ordering was easy, pizza very tasty. They asked if I was Coeliac. I didn’t check any further than that as I’m asymptomatic

Spoke to the manager asking her if she could use fresh ingredients and a separate space to make the gluten-free pizza to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. She explained to me that they use clean utensils and a separate ingredients to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. However, we watched the gf pizza be made.They did use a prepackaged gluten-free pizza dough, but the employee never washed his hands and he did use cross-contaminated ingredients in the same space as the gluten pizzas. They do use a separate cooking pan, but use the same tongs to pick up the pizza. When the pizza wad ready I told the manager I couldn't eat as everything was cross contaminated. she tried to reassure me that it was safe but again I had to explain we watched the whole process. She apologized and offered a salad.I declined and we were refunded.

Great gf pizza - made on separate pans and they have a separate area and dedicated cutter. You can watch them make the whole thing - Aussie Pizza was excellent
