This was the best gluten free pizza here in Santa Maria, CA. I can say that because I have tried one from another place. They have Artisan Gluten Free pizza dough that they use. There are several different toppings available that are gluten free also. We had the pepperoni, mushrooms, red bell peppers and red onion. It was absolutely delicious! They did tell me that it was not cooked in a separate oven. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive. But I had absolutely no reactions at all. Also their Signature Arugula & Baby greens salad was gluten free just the way it comes without any alterations. I would highly recommend that you try this place out. We will be going back.
