Review of Pizzeria Bombola

NOW CLOSED. OPENING IN NOVEMBER AS PAISAN'S PIZZA. VERY SAD!!!!

Great Caprese Sandwich. The take out came in a nice container and the sandwich was not soaked in dressing. Side salad was very tasty, but make sure to tell them not to put croutons on it. Some options are a bit baffling on the menu (gf bun for a teriyaki sandwich?) but they are very open to questions, customizing menu items, and figuring out the best way to serve their gf customers. Pizza is good but not cooked in a pan so it is probably not safe for celiacs. On GrubHub, also can call for delivery if you are in Lisle, and you can call for pickup or eat in their restaurant. They've also got some options I haven't tried yet, like their gluten free pasta.

Definitely wish they were open for lunch! I'd eat there more LOL.
