Not safe for anyone with celiac or gluten sensitivities at all. Staff said GF pizzas are made and baked on the same surfaces as gluten pizzas and they cannot use different pans or parchment paper etc. to prevent cross contamination. We were taken by surprise that no accommodations could be made considering GF options was on the menu—clearly only for people who avoid gluten for lifestyle reasons.

I asked for the gluten free cauliflower crust to be baked on a pizza plate instead of directly on the grill as they also cook non gluten free pizza. They changed their gloves.

Lots of cross contamination. Although they change their gloves and use different pans, they used the same sauce spoon for the regular and gluten free pizzas. They also put the gf crust directly on the oven rack (without a pan) and they don’t have separate ovens. The crust was delicious but I’m a bit worried about how I’ll react. Only some staff were knowledgeable about celiac disease.

The staff was very knowledgeable. The gluten free food and the gluten food was cooked in the same oven, but they were careful to use different pans and change their gloves. The pizza crust was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve ever had.

They should stop advertising gluten free anything at this establishment! They treat the term “gluten free” as a novelty. I should’ve known going there was a bad idea when they asked me if my daughter had an intolerance or an allergy? I’m so tired of restaurants that do this! Either they offer a proper gluten free item or they don’t. Nonetheless, we notified them that my daughter was anaphylactic, they assured us that the pizza is premade and comes individually packaged. However, I’m almost certain I saw the worker throw our gluten free pizza in the same oven as all the other pizzas without a clean pan! I didn’t even see them wipe down a counter! They assured me it wasn’t my pizza and that they do wipe down the counters. Nonetheless, my daughter took one bite and almost immediately had a reaction, she threw up profusely, she was having trouble breathing, it was a horrible night! We almost ended up in the hospital, we came so close to using the epipen, but thankfully it was just one small bite & we were able to manage with inhalers and Benadryl or God knows what would’ve happened!

Good pizza. Mediocre customer service (at best). Pizzas go in same oven but on separate sheet and separate knives to cut. Pizzas are smaller but filling.

Staff does warn about cross contamination but I thought Id take a chance. Felt very sick afterwards. Not a good idea for celiacs.
NOT GLUTEN FREE. Staff very knowledgeable and protected me from cross contamination (flour everywhere and same pizza peels, ovens used for ALL pizzas) While I am grateful for the staff input, why the he’ll us this place on “Find me Gluten Free”!?
No
Awesome gluten free crust but if you are sensitive not an option. Pizza is baked in same oven as non-gluten free pizza (5 minutes quick bake oven). It’s pricey for counter service (you pay for each topping).

Best gluten free pizza I’ve had! They warn you that there is a chance of cross contamination (in the ovens), but the gluten free crust comes in plastic wrap. So yummy! Great staff too.
