Review of Pizzeria da Luigi

Very tasty pizza - also available gluten-free. Each pizza is baked in its own mould in the oven. However, there is a risk of contamination from the pizza peel when removing from the tin. We collected the pizzas on site and asked for the pizza peel to be changed or cleaned before using it on the gluten-free pizza. This request was gladly honoured. My daughter has coeliac disease and already reacts to traces, but there were no problems after eating. The pizzas are nice and thin and crispy. The toppings made from fresh ingredients were just the right amount, not too overloaded but not too little either. You can also eat on site with a view of the kitchen and everything looks friendly and clean. We would love to come back again.

Sehr leckere Pizza - auch glutenfrei möglich. Jede Pizza wird in einer eigenen Form im Ofen gebacken. Es besteht allerdings Kontaminationsgefahr durch den Pizzaschieber beim Herausnehmen aus der Form. Wir haben die Pizzen vor Ort abgeholt und darum gebeten, dass der Pizzaschieber vor Benutzung an der glutenfreien Pizza gewechselt bzw. gereinigt wird. Dem Wunsch wurde gerne entsprochen. Meine Tochter hat Zöliakie und reagiert schon auf Spuren, aber es gab keine Probleme nach dem Verzehr. Die Pizzen sind schön dünn und kross. Der Belag aus frischen Zutaten war genau richtig von der Menge, nicht so überladen aber auch nicht gerade wenig. Man kann auch vor Ort mit Blick in die Küche essen und alles wirkt freundlich und sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder vorbei.
