I had gf pasta with bolognese sauce. I let them know I was allergic to dairy as well and they held the Parmesan cheese no problem. The salad with oil and vinegar dressing was also very good. The pasta was a great consistency and the sauce was very flavorful and not too spicy. Seemed to be a good amount of meat. For those who are vegan or very allergic to eggs, the gluten-free pasta did contain a small amount of eggs though apparently. However they do have a vegan gluten-free pizza crust. So if you were OK with having a pizza without cheese you could have vegan options. They also had a gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust so that may be an option for those looking for keto or low-carb.
