There aren't many GF options in Yelm, so I was pleased to see they offered a GF crust. in talking with the owner, he asked if I was a Celiac. Hearing that I was he warned me that there would probably be some cross contamination because of the other pizzas they made. So looking at the menu, I saw they offered GF pasta. I selected the Bolognese sauce with GF rigatoni. It turned out to be a great meal, much safer than the pizza. There are a number of sauces on the menu. I'd recommend for the Celiac or super sensitive gluten folks the pasta option instead of the pizza. It will be worth it.
