pizza crust is so good wow had me questioning if it was gluten-free
So. Without a doubt they have the best Pizza in northern Del c loose to PA Line. AND their GF crust is great! Cannot tell the difference between of their Gf crust vs a “regular” crust. The GF crust is about 14 inches I believe. Bigger than those normal gf pizzas elsewhere. Now even for the non-gf pizzas the pricing is higher than the typical national chains, but the quality is much better. The GF crust is of course an up charge, as it is everywhere, but it prices about the same as other places.
So if you live in northern Del, Wilmington, Greenville, tallyville, Newport or even chadds ford PA you’ve got to try it. Or if you are just traveling thru.
They’ve recently opened another location in Glennmills PA

After ordering a salad with no croutons, elaborating that I have a wheat allergy. Staff behind counter offered that the rice is gluten free and the only fish with gluten were the fish sticks, (similar to fake crab legs). Service was pleasant and efficient. we only waited a few minutes for our food to be delivered to our outdoor table in a paper bag. Also ordered was a crabacado Yama Maki rol roll. They have both hand-made wheat and gluten free crust. There was shade under a tree to park the car.
