Only 2 GF options - a corn pasta, and any of their bruschetta can be made on lettuce. I had the bruschetta, which was very good. The staff wasn’t able to speak very knowledgeably about their prep methods, etc, but I was able to eat my meal without getting sick. It’s not a place I feel super confident about, but it did end up being a good late-night option in St. Charles.
