The GF pizza is insanely delicious. They make the dough using GF flour from Italy. It is hands down the best ever. I love this place. HOWEVER, cross contamination is guaranteed. I don’t have major reactions from cross contamination, however if you are celiac even cross contamination will harm you whether you feel it immediately or not. With that said, this is an extra special treat for me when I’ve had a very controlled diet and don’t have to worry about a little bit of exposure.
First mistake was probably that ordered a gluten free mushroom pizza through door dash I am beyond sick the crust was doughy pale as can be and not delicious the mushrooms were chewy and the texture combined with the doughs uncooked crust, I seriously regret ordering it. I have gastro distress an headache that’s put me down i was nauseas for hours yesterday.
Super yummy crust! I'm gluten intolerant and was all good! I did notice there is definitely potential for cross contamination with airborne and surfaces, but I only react when its an ingredient and had no reaction!

Love this place! Some of the best gf crust I’ve ever had! There is definitely allot of cross contamination but I’m super sensitive and haven’t gotten gluten here yet (eaten here twice now, once at both locations)
This is my favorite Pizza place in Portland. We only get gluten free pies and they're just as good as the regular pies IMHO. All of their pies can be made GF. The pepperoni and the tribunali are our favorites. I do not understand how people on here could be giving this place 2 or 3 stars. There's no question that this is easily a 5 star gluten free pizza joint!
I had very high hopes. I spoke to the cashier about the preparation and felt secure. Ordered a gluten free buffalo cheese margarita pizza .. proceeded to inhale the best pizza ever....only to end up violently sick and throwing it up. I had been served an actual gluten crust pizza. Checked my email receipt later and it had not been noted gluten free.
Was not a good experience.
Unfortunately they do nothing for potential cross contamination including no pan in the oven so I didn’t want to risk it

Trust me, I have been looking for a tolerable gluten-free pizza for the last 3 years, and nothing, nothing, was even moderately eatable before this one.
This time, I FINALLY found a DELICIOUS gluten-free pizza. It was so tasty that I could not even believe that it was really gluten-free.
For all my gluten intolerant friends, who once in a while want to enjoy a good pizza, this place is a must try!
The staff (especially Zach) was extremely informative, polite and helpful.
Even the salads were exceptional! Great creativity and delicious ingredients.
I definitely recommend this pizzeria to anyone, gluten intolerant or gluten lover!
Best GF pizza in Portland! But the chance for cross contamination is high. They do not have separate utensils for the GF pizza or a mat for it to sit on.

Literally the best gluten free pizza you’ll ever have. Forget the crispy crust! This is fluffy and brings you back to when you ate gluten.

Walked in and told the front lady I had a gluten allergy. She tells me it’s all cross contaminated and offered zero solutions for this. Walked right back out and went down the street for different pizza and better service.
This is all you need to know: it’s the best gluten free crust in Portland. Best I’ve ever had, period.
