Fantastic Gluten free pizza crust, compares favorably to some of the best I had in the US. It has been hard to find gluten free pizza of any quality in Germany so far, so it was a pleasant surprise!

In der Pizzeria Sole gibt es super leckere glutenfreie Pizza. Der Inhaber und und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kennen sich gut mit dem Thema Kontamination aus. Auch bei großem Andrang am Wochenende wird genauestens auf eine kontaminationsfreie Zubereitung der gf Pizzen geachtet, u.a. mit einem extra Behälter für die Pizzasoße. Zudem gibt es einen extra gf Pizzaschneider.
