Great gluten free pizza I’ve tried a lot of different places over the years and this was one of my favorites. I’m not sure if they have a dedicated space but I didn’t have any reaction.

It was our 1st time ordering here it’s definitely worth the drive The problem with most gf pizza crusts are they are either plastic feeling , gritty, sweet or all three This pizza tastes like a non gf pizza the crust is chewy ,tender and everything a crust should be. It’s Soo good I highly recommend this place for pizza A non gluten free person could eat this and like it.

So yummy! The gluten-free pizza was awesome! My picky husband even enjoyed it. I am Celiac and didn't have any flare-up at all. They make your individual pizza on order. Hot, fresh, crispy and delicious. Will definitely go back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

All workers are very versed in GF practices. They cater to guests as needed (even dairy free). I think someone in owner's family is also GF so they understand the need. Everything is made from scratch in small batches so they can take care of you!
The owners of Pizzeria Venti are very versed in preparing gluten free foods because one of them must follow a gluten free plan of eating. We have seen many cars there but had not visited until today. We are usually a bit wary of finding true GF options at a pizza restaurant. My husband went the first time with friends while I was out of town and saw there were GF options. Our first visit together today was at an off time so Adam, one of the owners, had time to answer questions and make us feel safe about preparation and cross contamination. Adam explained that the crust was not made there but in a certified GF kitchen and then went on to explain the protocol for taking every precaution for keeping GF food safe. I had several choices including custom GF pizza by the slice. Today they also had GF lasagna and a GF Molten Chocolate Cake. Salads, salad dressings and soups are all GF. We each ordered a lunch special which was a large slice of custom pizza, delicious fresh salad and chosen drink. We were both happy with our lunch (husband’s not GF) and very encouraged to find that this time “gluten free options” didn’t mean just the ingredients but that preparation precautions were in place to avoid cross contamination as much as possible in a pizza environment. I am unfortunately one of the super sensitive Celiacs and have had absolutely no adverse effects from today’s lunch. We are thrilled to have a new place to add to our short list of restaurants that work for both of us. We will go again and probably soon!
