They make the senza glutine (gluten free) pizza in a separate kitchen a few steps from the restaurant. The pizza is huge and not too expensive. I really enjoyed it. You can also ask for half of one type and half of another. Somehow I was able to eat a whole pizza and drink 2 gf Peroni beers and not feel too full! Enjoy it if you can get there.
